1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the jita platform in any capacity — including browsing the website, placing bets, playing casino games, making deposits, or contacting customer support — you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in their entirety and agree to be legally bound by them.

These Terms and Conditions constitute a binding legal agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and jita (the "Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must immediately cease using the jita platform and close your account.

2 Eligibility

3 Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one active account on jita. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, the same device, the same payment method, or the same IP address — is a material breach of these terms. jita reserves the right to close duplicate accounts, void all associated bets, and withhold any balances pending investigation.

3.2 Accurate Information

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and contact number. jita is not responsible for any consequences arising from inaccurate registration data provided by the player. You must update your account information promptly if any details change.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jita login credentials. All activity conducted under your account is your responsibility. 3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

jita is committed to preventing money laundering and the use of the platform for any illegal financial activity. Players may only withdraw funds using the same payment method used to make their deposit where technically possible. jita reserves the right to delay, suspend, or reverse any withdrawal that triggers an AML review. 5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional rewards made available on jita are subject to these general bonus terms as well as any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion. In the event of a conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence over these general terms.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion, all bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. 5.3 Bonus Abuse

Any account found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have all bonuses voided and the account may be closed permanently.

5.4 Promotional Eligibility

jita reserves the right to restrict any promotion to specific player segments, geographic locations, or payment methods. Players who have self-excluded or set a deposit limit below the required qualifying deposit may be ineligible for certain promotions.

6 Betting Rules

6.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets, including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers internationals), football, kabaddi, and other markets available on jita, are governed by the specific sports betting rules published in the sportsbook section of the platform. In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a sporting event, the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football) shall be the definitive result used to settle all markets.

6.2 Live Betting

In-play betting markets may be suspended or cancelled at any time in the event of a technical issue, data feed interruption, or significant event during a match (such as an early wicket or injury). jita reserves the right to immediately suspend any account suspected of engaging in prohibited conduct. Following investigation, jita may permanently close the account, void all pending bets, and withhold any balance pending further review or referral to relevant authorities.

8 Responsible Gaming

10 Limitation of Liability

11 Privacy & Data

12 Amendments to These Terms

jita reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
